File Transfer Instructions (Accellion)
We are now able to provide a service for our web visitors to use to send large file attachments to an email in the SJGS domain with Accellion.
The following instructions should guide you through the process of sending a large file. Please note that the Accellion appliance may only be used to send files into the SJGS domain.

The Accellion appliance MAY NOT be used to transfer large files between two non-SJGS email domains.
Step One:
Open your browser window to this URL: https://fta.gssjc.org
If you see a warning about a security certificate, choose "yes" to continue.
Step Two:
- Create an account on Accellion.
- Any user sending an email into the SJGS domain MUST have an Accellion account.
- Accounts must only be created one time
- New Users: Click on "New User" link to create an account.
- Enter a valid email address
- A verification email will be emailed to the address you provide.
- When you click the link in your email to verify the account, your account will be active.
- Create a password
- Users with Accounts need only to log into the Accellion appliance
Step Three:
- Log into the account created at https://fta.gssjc.org
- If the "Send File" page is not immediately visible, choose the "Send File" tab on the navigation bar.
- If asked to install the large file/folder applet, install and run the application.
- Complete the email with all required fields.
- Attach your file(s).
- Once your fields are filled in and your files are attached, click the "Send" button.
- You will receive a confirmation when the files are uploaded and the message is sent.
