Centennial CentralThank you for visiting GSSJC’s Centennial Central!
Since the movement was founded in 1912, the Girl Scouts have used songs to celebrate life, to bridge cultural boundaries, and to communicate their commitment to the principles that guide the movement.
On June 9, 2012, girls from across the country and throughout WAGGGS will gather on the National Mall, at the base of the Washington Monument, and with the power of music, celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouting with the world’s largest Girl Scout Sing-Along!
Guest performers will lead Girl Scout songs from the stage and the range of songs will include traditional songs as well as the new songs that girls enjoy today. "Girl Scouts Rock the Mall" is sponsored by GSUSA as well as corporate sponsors. Visit http://www.gscnc.org/singalong.html for more information.
